KOR downregulation activates pPDK1-mediated-pAKT(S473) phosphorylation. A KEGG analysis of pathways enriched for genes up-regulated following KOR knockdown. The results showed that these genes were involved in the PI3K-Akt pathway, ECM-receptor interaction and regulation of actin cytoskeleton.
