(A, B) Primary alveolar epithelial cells were treated with bleomycin (0.2 µg/ml) for 48 h, and Western blot was performed to detect collagen-I (n = 6), fibronectin (n = 7), α-SMA (n = 10), BMAL1 (n = 8) and DEC1 (n = 8) proteins.
