F-J SW480 and RKO cells that were stably transfected with Myc-TMEM160 plasmids exhibited significant enhancements in CRC cell proliferation (F, H), migration, invasion (G, I), and colony formation abilities (J). Independent biological experiments were repeated three times each, helping to ensure the reliability and reproducibility of the results.
