Effect of intranasal application of EcO83-OMVs on the cellular recall response in the lung. Mice were treated as shown in the Fig. 4A. Single cell lung suspensions were stimulated with OVA for 72 h. Cytokines were measured in the supernatant by ELISA. Data were analysed using a One-Way ANOVA followed by post-hoc Tukey’s multiple comparison test. *p < 0.5; **p < 0.05; ****p < 0.001, n = 5/group. Data are representative of three independent experiments.
