Egfl7 is preferentially secreted by highly metastatic HCC cells and correlates with CAF infiltration in HCC. A Egfl7 in HCC cell lysates and conditioned media from CAFs or LFs cocultured with the indicated HCC cells was detected by western blotting and ELISA. B Immunohistochemistry staining showed Egfl7 and α-SMA expression in serial sections of HCC tissues.
