Sensitivity of HCC cells to Sorafenib was negatively correlated with PAK1 expression and activity. A PLC, Hep3B and Huh7 cells were treated with Sorafenib (0, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 μM) for 48 h, cell growth was determined by CCK-8 assay, and the IC₅₀ values were calculated.
