Inhibition of PAK1 by FRAX597 suppressed proliferation, migration/invasion, and anchorage-independent growth of HCC cells. A PLC and Huh7 cells were cultured with or without 2 μM FRAX597 for 48 h. The protein expression levels of PAK1 and pPAK1 were measured by Western blotting. Cell viability (B), sphere formation (C), colony formation (D), invasion (E) and migration (F) of PLC and Huh7 cells treated with or without FRAX597 (2 mM) were determined.
