S4 reduces glioma growth in mice models. A LN229 cells were injected subcutaneously into the right flanks of mice to establish tumors. When tumors reached approximately 25 mm.³, mice received an intratumoral injection of either DMSO, or S4 (1 mg/kg, 5 mg/kg respectively) every three days, n = 5 in each group. Tumor volumes were measured at 5-day intervals for 35 days after injections and expressed as the Mean ± SD. Tumor volume-time curves to show any differences in tumor regression.
