Effect of IL-10 on cancer cells. AGS GC cells were cultured in the absence or presence of IL-10 (10 ng/mL) with LPS (100 ng/mL) or TNF-α (10 ng/mL) for 24 h (for Annexin V and PI staining) and 48 h (for CCK-8 assay and IL-8 ELISA).
