Dose-dependent inhibition of extracellular HCV infection in Huh7.5 cells by targeting ER stress/PKA/GSK-3β/β-catenin pathway by either TUDCA or H89. Huh7.5 cells were infected with contagious extracellular GFP-tagged HCV virions in medium containing different concentration of H89. After 7 days of infection, cell lysates were taken for western blotting with indicated antibodies (A) and cells were prepared for cytospin slides, stained with DAPI and carried out imaging microscopy (Scale bar = 25 μm) (B).
