Impact of matrix substrates on migrasome formation. A, B Primary human MSCs were cultured on different substrates at different concentrations as indicated or on uncoated glass surfaces for 24 h before being processed for CLSM. PFA-fixed cells were stained with fluorophore-conjugated WGA. Cells producing only retraction fibers and those with migrasomes were quantified (A, > 150 cells per replicate, n ≥ 3). The number of migrasomes per cell were quantified (B, > 50 cells per replicate, n ≥ 3).
