Establishment of paclitaxel- and cisplatin-resistant A549 cells. A549 cells were gradually treated with increased concentrations of paclitaxel or cisplatin for two weeks per dose. When they are resistant the highest dose tested and they were tested for proliferation and clone formation. A and B CCK-8 assay determined the dynamic proliferation of the indicated cells in the presence of the drug.
