NLRP3 inflammasome was activated in GES-1 cells co-cultured with Hp supernatant. A The mRNA expression of NLRP3, ASC, and IL-1β in GES-1 cells treated with Hp supernatant for different duration times were measured by PCR. B The protein expression of NLRP3, cleaved caspase-1, pro-caspase-1, cleaved IL-1β, and pro-IL-1β in vitro was determined by western blotting.
