Docetaxel suppressed cell proliferation. A PC-3M and PC-3M IEC8 cells were digested and reseeded in a 96-well plate, respectively, and treated with docetaxel (5 uM) in a time course. The cell viability of PC-3M and PC-3M IE8 cells was determined by CCK-8 assay. Data represented the mean ± s.d. of three independent experiments and were analyzed by the one sample t test for significance versus the control group. ***P < 0.001.
