Evaluation of cell morphology with brightfield (A) and confocal microscopy (B). Cell viability analysis (C) and clonogenic assay (D) was performed. The Muse® Cell Cycle analysis allowed to analyse the percentage of cells in different cell cycle phases (E). Immunostaining with Ki-67 antibody revealed its overexpression in LPS group and reversion of that phenomenon after mitochondrial transfer (F). Results expressed as mean ± SD. Statistical significance indicated as asterisk (*) when comparing the result to LPS and as number sign (#) when comparing to CTRL. *,#p < 0.05, **,##p < 0.01, ***,###p < 0.001
