Combination of WNT974 and ART induces KRAS degradation. A HCT116 and SW620 were treated with 20 μM WNT974, 20 μM ART or the combination of both for 48 h. The ubiquitin-KRAS protein was examined by Western blot. The KRAS protein expressions in B HCT116 and C SW620 cells after the treatments in the presence or absence of MG132. Shown is mean ± SE, n = 3 individual experiments, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 compared to the combination treatment in the presence of MG132
