Prednisone and Lactobacillus regulate expression of Tfh cell-related cytokines in EAH mice. The protein levels of TGF-β, KGF-1, KGF-2, IL-10, IL-6, and TNF-α in the serum of EAH mice after treatment of prednisone or prednisone + Lactobacillus were revealed by ELISA.
