From: Morphological neurite changes induced by porcupine inhibition are rescued by Wnt ligands
Porcupine inhibition by Wnt-C59 treatments does not change the axon polarity in embryonic hippocampal neurons. Neurons (DIV 4) were treated with different concentration of Wnt-C59 (0.1, 1, 10 nM) for 24 h. A AnkG protein (red), Piccolo a protein present in the Piccolo-Bassoon transport vesicle (PTV) (blue) and actin (green) were stained to locate AIS (see white arrow).
