Representative examples of nuclear ARC staining. Most of the examined FAP adenomas showed overexpression of nuclear ARC. Only 6.6% exhibited no or very little nuclear ARC expression (score 0; a). In 62.7% of FAP adenomas, ARC was overexpressed in 10–75% of nuclei (score 1; b) and in 30.7% of adenomas, overexpression was present in over 75% of nuclei (score 2; c)
