IL-2 production of Jurkat-hTIGIT cells co-cultured with hPVR mutants. a Jurkat cells overexpressing hTIGIT were co-cultured with CHOK1, CHOK1-hPVR, CHOK1-mutants for 48 h, which was stimulated with 1 μg/mL human anti-CD3 and 0.5 μg/mL human anti-CD28. Protein transport inhibitor was added in the last 4 h. The frequency of IL-2-secreting Jurkat-hTIGIT cells were detected by flow cytometry.
