PFKP was responsible for HRD1-mediated inhibition of breast cancer growth and metastasis in vivo. MDA-MB-231 cells stably expressing HRD1 were infected with a lentivirus of PFKP and injected into the right flank and left flank of nude mice. a Tumor sizes were monitored twice per week and b tumor weights were measured.
