The expression of ADAM8 was up-regulated in osteoarthritic chondrocytes. a: The protein level of TNF-α and IL-6 were measured by ELISA. Results indicated that the secreted TNF-α and IL-6 were promoted in OA chondrocytes. b: the protein level of Aggrecan and Collagen II were measured by Western blotting.
