Minocycline inhibits TNF-α-induced NF-κB nuclear translocation in M13SV1-Cre cells but not in MDA-MB-435 cells. Cells were pre-treated with 100 μM minocycline for 24 h and then with 100 ng/ml TNF-α for an additional 2 h. Instead of MDA-MB-435-pFDR1 cells, wild-type MDA-MB-435 cells were used, which do not express the DsRed fluorescent protein that interferes with p65 and PI staining. Representative images of at least three independent experiments are shown. Bar = 50 μm
