Expression pattern of HFSC markers in the AdBMP6 treated hair follicles. The hairs of telogen C57 mice were depilated and the skin was injected with AdBMP6 or AdGFP intradermally. The expression pattern of HFSC markers CD34 (a, b), Krt15 (c, d), Krt19 (e, f) and NFATc1 (g, h) was determined by immunofluorescence.
