Jurkat cells were cultured without drug, with 100 μM memantine, 60 nM AraC, and memantine+AraC for 72 h (lanes 1–4, respectively). a Cytoplasmic and b nuclear protein samples were immunoblotted for expression of the indicated proteins; ß-Actin and Lamin B expression served as control for protein loading.
