Glomeruli sections (5 μm) were stained with hematoxylin and eosin and magnified × 100. TM-RH showed attenuation of glomerular hypertrophy (d), with a morphology resembling glomeruli from normal mice, reduction in mesangial thickening and a decrease in the extracellular matrix protein deposits.
