PKCtheta mRNA levels are transiently induced in an LPS/IFNgamma-dependent manner in both mouse and human macrophages: a BMDMs were differentiated and polarized to CAMs (LPS/IFNgamma) and AAMs (IL-4). PKCtheta gene expression was determined by qRT-PCR after different time points and was found to be selectively expressed under CAM polarization. Data shown are derived from at least three independent experiments and qRT-PCR data were normalized to Gapdh.
