Kinetics of dual phosphorylation of p42/44 MAPKinduced by different concentrations of FGF-2 Quiescent Rama 27 fibroblasts were stimulated with the indicated doses of FGF-2 for 0 min to 180 min. The doubly phosphorylated Thr 183/202/Tyr 185/204 forms of p42/44 MAPK (P- p42/44 MAPK) were detected with a monoclonal antibody (see Methods). The blots were re-probed with anti-actin to show the level of loading of the gels.
