Effects of Smad4 deletion on NF-κB, Akt and mTOR signaling. MiaPaCa2 (Control) and Smad4 silenced MiaPaCa2 (Smad4-siRNA) remained unstimulated (NC, negative control) or were stimulated for 10 minutes with 0.02 ng/ml TGFβ1, 10 nM S100A8 or 50 nM NT-S100A8.
