From: Sulindac activates NF-κB signaling in colon cancer cells
Sulindac sulfide modulates TNFα-induced IκBα phosphorylation and degradation. HCT-15 cells were treated with sulindac sulfide or the vehicle DMSO (control) for 2 hours. TNFα (10 ng/ml) was added to culture media for the indicated periods and cell lysates were prepared. (A) Western blot analysis for phosphorylated IκBα (Ser32), total IκBα and β-actin.
