Sulindac feed modulates the expression of pro-inflammatory NF-κB target genes in the mouse colon mucosa. qPCR analysis of A20, ICAM1, COX-2, iNOS, MIP-2, IL1β, c-Jun and c-Fos in the proximal colon mucosa of control and sulindac-treated mice (1 week). mRNA expression was normalised to the housekeeping gene rpl19.
