In NSCLC, tumor cells induce the secretion of various factors that promote LECs-mediated lymphangiogenesis. Meanwhile this process contributes to the acquisition of the aggressive phenotypes, such as proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT, drug-resistance, and apoptosis in cancer cells
