Knockdown of IQGAP1 rescue focal adhesion formation in Hectd1 R/R cells. a Hectd1 R/R cells were transfected with control siRNA or IQGAP1 siRNA. 36 h after transfection, cell pellets were harvested and the level of IQGAP1 was detected by western blot.
