Western blot analysis of cell cycle proteins. Western blot of fourteen cell cycle antibodies described in table 4 using irradiated MEFs as a control and undifferentiated human ESC protein. Alpha-tubulin used as a loading control and Oct4 is used to determine pluripotent state.
