Results of online-measurements of the dissolved oxygen concentrations and the pH in the cell culture supernatant at 1.5% (A), 2.5% (B), 5% (C) and 21% (D). The oxygen concentrations and the appropriate pH were subsequently detected for 70 h in the 4 different cell cultures whereby an average representative kinetic of two MSC donors is demonstrated for each O₂ concentration. The dissolved oxygen concentration and the corresponding pH values are demonstrated for the cell culture (black solid line) and for a parallel medium control without cells (grey dashed line).
