Immunoblot analysis of Gab1 in various fractions of rat retina. Rod outer segment membranes (ROS) were prepared from dark- and light-adapted rats on a discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation (A). ROS (sucrose 32/37% interface), non-ROS membranes (sucrose 37/42% interface, band II) and rest of the retina (bottom of the gradient) were subjected to immunoblot analysis with anti-Gab1 and anti-arrestin (B) antibodies.
