RBCK1 overexpression inhibited TNBC cell progression in vitro and in vivo. A RBCK1 over-expression efficiency by plasmids. We overexpressed RBCK1 in TNBC cells via lenti-virus infect system. The level of Flag-RBCK1 protein was detected by western blot. β-Actin was used as the internal reference. B–C Overexpression of RBCK1 inhibits the proliferation of TNBC cells. The metabolic activity of cells at the specified time points after transfection was determined by CCK-8 analysis.
