The main signaling pathways that affect the sensitivity to anti-EGFR therapy. The effect of ncRNAs on the sensitivity of anti-EGFR mAbs is largely mediated by intracellular signaling, including RAS/RAF/MEK/MAPK, RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK, PI3K/PTEN/ATK, c-MET/PI3K/PTEN/ATK, c-MET/RAS/RAF/MEK, IGFR/PI3K/PTEN/ATK, SCR/PI3K/PTEN/ATK, and JAK/STAT, etc. Some representative miRNAs, lncRNAs and miRNAs and their targets/pathways are shown in the figure
