BGLF2-containing exosomes enhance the infectivity of EBV. Akata(-) cells were infected with purified virions from pool V in the presence of BGLF2-containing exosomes. GFP positivity was determined by FACS at 24 h post-infection. Results are presented as the mean ± SE of four independent experiments and as relative infectivity to control treatment with PBS (infectivity value of 1).
