LPS up-regulated RhoA activity and ROCK expression in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. A549 and HPAEpiC cells were treated with LPS for 3 h at concentrations of 0 µg/mL, 0.1 µg/mL, 1 µg/mL, and 10 µg/mL, respectively. The activity of GTP-RhoA was evaluated by RhoA activity assays (a, b) and the expression of ROCK1 protein was examined by western blotting (c, d).
