LPS induced ezrin phosphorylation in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. A549 and HPAEpiC cells were treated with LPS for 3 h at concentrations of 0 µg/mL, 0.1 µg/mL, 1 µg/mL, and 10 µg/mL, respectively.
