Analysis of mitochondrial morphology, mitophagy, and autophagy during adipogenic differentiation. Images showing mitochondrial networks by cells analysed by MicroP software (a). Based on the MicroP data, mitochondrial morphology in cells was established (b). Additionally, the data was displayed as a heat map (c). Representative bands (d) show the results of western blot. The amount of MFF (e), PINK-1 (f), and MFN-1 (g) was established. Using RT-qPCR, expression of genes involved in mitophagy and autophagy-PINK-1 (h), PARKIN (i), BECLIN-1 (j), LC3 (k) and LAMP-2 (l) was investigated.
