MB49-derived exosomes activate PTEN/AKT/STAT3/6 signaling pathways in BMDM. A BMDM were treated with MB49-derived exosomes for indicated time points, and the expression of PTEN, p-PI3K, p-AKT, p-STAT3 and p-STAT6 was analyzed by Western blot. B BMDM were stimulated with miR-92b-3p mimic or miR-1231-5p mimic or each inhibitor with MB49-derived exosomes for 3 h, respectively. The expression of PTEN, p-PI3K, p-AKT, p-STAT3 and p-STAT6 were detected by Western blot. Actin were used as a loading control. The experiments were performed three times and the relative protein ratio were analyzed by image J software. One way ANOVA, Mean ± SD, *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001
