PSF was implicated in hypoxia-induced angiogenesis of HRMECs. HRMECs were pretreated or untreated with PSF and then placed in a hypoxic environment. Proliferatiion was analyzed using Hoechst staining (a) and combined with statistic quantificaition (b), Tube formation and branching points were determined (c) and quantified (d), Wound healing assays were determined (e) and quantified (f), Transwell assays (g) and combined with statistic quantificaition (h) were used to determine the number of migrated cells
