PIM1 interacts with the CP heterodimer in PC-3 prostate cancer cells. a PC-3 cells transiently overexpressing His-Capza1 and Flag-Capzb2 (CP) without or with PIM1 (P1) were stained for colocalization and b-c proximity ligation assays. DAPI staining was used in both assays to detect the nuclei.
