The activation of MDSCs is triggered by RDE-associated HSP70 in TLR2-dependent signal pathway. a RDEs were isolated from conditioned medium after transfecting of RenCa cells with HSP70 knockdown Particles (shHSP70) or negative control particles (shRNA mock). Same amount of protein of RDEs were used in different groups and HSP70 expression in RDEs was checked by western blot.
