Components of the IL-12 receptor are differentially expressed in mouse melanoma cell lines compared to T cells. IL12RB1 (left panels) and IL12RB2 (right panels) expression in B16F0 melanoma (a), Melan-A ‘normal’ melanocytes (b), and 2D6 Th1 T helper cells (c), were assayed by flow cytometry. Antibody-binding calibration beads were used to determine copy numbers. No stain samples were used as negative controls (gray shaded curves).
