Intracellular localisation of Sox9 and GluN1, following transient gene silencing of GRIN1 on days 3 and 10. Primary antibodies were visualised with anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor 555 (for Sox9) or anti-mouse Alexa Flour 488 (for GluN1) secondary antibodies. Nuclear DNA was stained with DAPI.
