Influence of HtrAHpS221A (26695 strain) on the formation of large aggregates of denatured lysozyme. The graphs show the rates of formation of large lysozyme aggregates at 37 °C and pH 5.0 (a), 6.2 (b), 7.0 (c) and 8.0 (d). Samples without HtrA were used as a control. The molar ratio HtrA/lysozyme in the samples was 1:2. TCEP concentrations used: a 46 mM; b 40 mM; c 1.4 mM and d 0.05 mM. The error bars represent the standard deviation values from three independent measurements
