NOTE: After transfection with PTEN siRNA or control siRNA, colon cancer cells were treated with different concentrations of CXCL12 and incubated for 24 h, followed by measurement of cell invasion by a Matrigel assay. Statistical significance was tested by one-way ANOVA followed by the Dunnett test. Statistical significance was inferred if p < 0.05. All data are expressed as mean ± s.d. *p < 0.01 when compared with the control siRNA group
